Processing Time: All orders of our Dwell devotional book are processed and dispatched within 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has been sent, you will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp containing your tracking information and estimated delivery date.

No Refunds: All sales are final. Blue Mountain Social Enterprise does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been processed or shipped.

Carrier Liability: Blue Mountain Social Enterprise is not responsible for delays, damages, or lost items caused by the shipping carrier once the package has left our premises.
